Frosted, translucent cards over soft colour. Lite (the default) is gentle and easy on older phones; Full adds more blur and shine. Saved on this device.
Focus atmosphere
A slow background glow on the Timer: calmer and deeper as a focus block goes on, lighter during breaks

Time-of-day background
A very faint sky that follows your clock: sunrise, day, sunset and a few stars at night. No location or weather data is used.

Privacy
- Your sessions, settings and notes are stored in your own account (or only on this device if you don’t log in).
- Friends only see what you allow in Settings → Friends & privacy: your badge, streak, focus minutes and, if you choose, session names.
- No ads and no tracking. Sounds, animations, the inbox and tips are saved on this device only. Focus check-ins stay in your own account.
